The Circle

The Circle is an initiative of the Special Needs Collaborative (SNC), created to provide connection, engagement, and meaningful opportunities for adults with intellectual and physical challenges after graduation.

Hosted by local churches, The Circle brings the community together in a simple but powerful way. Each church hosts a specific type of activity, creating welcoming spaces where participants can connect, explore their interests, and feel a true sense of belonging.

What to Know:

  • Designed for adults with intellectual disabilities
  • A caregiver (parent, guardian, or provider) must attend with each participant
  • No registration required—attend any activities at any location that interest you
  • Participants are welcome to attend one, several, or all locations
  • Free to attend
  • Some host churches may require a signed waiver due to facility policies

At its heart, The Circle is about creating consistent spaces where individuals are seen, valued, and connected—because community shouldn’t end at graduation.
